My name is Mila, and grooming is truly something I love doing every day.

I believe that pets can feel energy, so I always try to create a calm and peaceful environment where they feel safe. I always work with one pet at a time because I don’t like rushing and I don’t want other pets to feel anxious around each other. Every pet is different, especially the sensitive ones, and they deserve patience and understanding.

I use high quality products and handle them gently but most importantly, I treat them with love. For me, grooming is not just about how they look when they leave, it’s about how they feel while they’re with me

How long does a groom take?

It depends on your pet’s size and the amount of coat and/or tangles. Many appointments take about 1–3 hours depending on the service. We’ll confirm the estimated time when you book.

Do you take nervous pets?

Yes. We go slowly with pets, with breaks and gentle handling. Every pet is treated with the same care and patience.

What should I bring?

A leash/harness, and any special instructions for your pet. If your pet takes medication, please let us know. Also tell us if your pet is very nervous, aggressive, or has any behavior concerns.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, please cancel at least 24 hours before your grooming appointment.
